- The houses are reserved individually and for the totality of the available accommodation.
- For extended stays, bed linen will be changed every three days.
- Check-in time will be from 4pm.
- The extension of the stay beyond the check-out time (12h00) is until the maximum at 18h00 (if the house is available), implying the additional payment of 10 € / person.
- Breakfast is left in a basket, with the products for the client to prepare, at the door of the houses, between 8.30am and 9.30am. (Only available upon request).
- Put only the towels you want to change on the floor or in the bathtub. Otherwise, we will understand that you do not want to switch.

How to Book

    Form filling - number of guests, day of arrival and departure.

    You must wait for our validation email.

    After that, you must pay the deposit by bank transfer to continue the reservation.

    Finally, send us the bank transfer receipt by e-mail.

Note: The reservation is only completed and confirmed after performing all these steps.

 Entrance and exit

- Check in: from 16h00.
- Check out: until 12.00 *.
* The extension of the stay beyond the fixed time implies the additional payment of 10 € / person. In this case, they can only stay, if available, until 6:00 pm the same day.

Additional Information

Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Animals

Are not allowed.

Pool

The pool is reserved exclusively for guests. It is, however, forbidden to use by children without supervision of those responsible.

External visits

During the stay, none of the guests can receive external visits that have not been considered at the time of booking, and the advertised capacity for each room can not be exceeded.

Cancellation of reservations

For full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 pm, if not specified) of the day of the check-in.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made up to 7 days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 pm, if not specified) on the day of check-in. Otherwise, there is no refund. For example, if you check in on a Friday, cancel by the Friday of the previous week and before the check-in time.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave shortly after check-in, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Damage Payment

In the event of damage or negligence, we reserve the right to charge guests for payment.
